Description:
Hard cooked eggs, pasteurized and packaged
in controlled atmosphere poly film packaging, without preservative.
Minimum 98% can be used as cut garnish. Maximum 2% with slight nicks
in egg's white.

PACKAGING:
1. 4,6,9, and 15 dozen per case.
Each dozen is packaged in clear poly film.
2. 2 or 4, five pound bulks per
case. Each clear poly film bag contains five pounds of eggs.
HANDLING:
1. Remove only quantity required for use.
2. Wash hands before opening bag.
Use clean utensil to remove eggs.
3. Maintain unused portion in container
under refrigeration.
