EGG CONVERSION:
(Medium Size Eggs)
2 eggs - 1/3 cup
6 eggs - 1 cup
12 eggs - 2 cups
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
RapidEgg®-in-a-bag:
Shake or stir RapidEgg® before using.
Fill stream jacketed kettle 3/4 full.
Heat water 180-190F.
Place bags (frozen or thawed) in hot water.
Cook Eggs:
20-25 minutes if frozen
15-18 minutes if thawed.
Remove bags at approximately 10 minutes - knead/massage.
Return bags to kettle to finish cooking.
Remove, slit bag, stir, and serve. Season to taste.
